I see and talk to so many people around me who are struggling to continue their epic battle to swim upstream against the current. Life does not work this way. Denial of what is taking place in the world right now will not work. Eventually the truth catches up with us and slams us upside the head. Refusing to change yet wanting to at our cores will only lead to eventual illness if we continue to deny ourselves the life our souls wish for us to lead. Defending the evil taking place all around us out of fear will only freeze us in place and close down our minds to the truth. We cannot swim upstream against the current of what is happening in life right now, we must save our energy for the battle we are in to extinguish the darkness.

This quality is one that blesses the people around them with largess of spirit and goodwill, with gifts from the heart given without thought to Self and what might return in equal measure to the giver. This quality of Love creates openings in the hearts of those receiving, which inspire them to continue on their spiritual journey and in the fulfillment of their part in the Divine Plan. The One who shares with others in order to encourage and give greater confidence to the recipient is manifesting a higher form of Love that could be called Divine, for the One who does so is listening with their heart to the direction that Creator instills within them.

Well, the sun is setting here in Noosa and another day ends as the evening begins … A silvery full moon tonight and I have plans to do a meditation by the Light of it! How blessed can one be?

More and more I delight in the knowingness that my soul is happy. So much of my youth was spent not understanding how ‘it all worked’ and blaming my misfortunes on anything other than my state of mind. If I’d only known then what I know now … how different things would have been … but I didn’t … so they weren’t!

Sources in European credit management were claiming early this morning that, as suggested here yesterday, the Hedge Fund sector of the credit-swap bondholder haircut may well be in a position to at least embarrass Athens, and probably seal its fate. Following Louise Armitstead’s late piece at the Daily Telegraph website last night, at 3 am GMT today Greek officials expressed confidence, and the Wall Street Journal felt the deal would go ahead. But this is not the view of some European credit suppliers – and  Banking News Greece (BNG)  is now also running an acceptance breakdown that suggests there is trouble immediately ahead for Evangelos Venizelos the Greek finance minister.
