The economic world’s shift in balance towards the East and South is making the IMF increasingly irrelevant to economic and fiscal thinkers, a qualitative study conducted by The Slog suggests.

Last weekend and during the early part of this week, I devoted some time to taking the temperature of the IMF among economists, traders, senior executives in commerce and the odd politician here and there. The territories covered were the UK, France, Germany, Greece, Singapore, Spain, the US and Mexico. We’re talking small-scale research here, so the findings come with a big health-warning; also some key States like Brazil, Argentina and Italy weren’t included. But the consistency of findings will come as a shock to some, I think.

Occupy Together – What YOU Can Do On May Day – 19 April 2012

 

May Day is an international day of celebration to honor the labor movement. This year the Occupy movement has made a call for mass action—the May First General Strike (#M1GS): a day with out the 99%. Several cities have organized in solidarity with this call to action (see a growing list at the bottom of this post). A general strike is a way to build and demonstrate the power of the people. It’s a way to show this is a system that only exists because we allow it to. If we can withdraw from the system for one day we can use that day to build community and mutual aid. We can find aspiration and faith—not in any leaders or bosses but in each other and in ourselves.

When I saw this picture I thought to myself ” This sums it all up in one paragraph.” This is truly what this entire shift is centered around aside from learning to love. Out with the old in with the new. We can no longer continue on with this insane way of thinking and being. It is sick, it is warped and above all it must end. America has been decimated and we are being forcefully molded into being a society that we are not! We are not a society that disregards morals, we are not a society who disregards human life, we are not a society that thinks only of money, we are not a society that disregards the well-being of its children or the environment, we are not a society that plunders the earth and imprisons its own people. That is not who we are even though that is who the dark ones desire us to be and cram it down our throats every chance they are given. This brainwashing must stop. Sadly enough people are already beginning to believe this is who they are. Is there time to undo the damage? Can we restore what America stands for?

Intuitively, I am strongly inclined to trust the content of SaLuSa’s messages: there is a vibrational consistency of high and coherent truth to them which draws a serene soul response. Yet as the days go by with no mass arrests yet seen, and with chem trails oppressively multiplying over the skies of Southern California, and with the global currency reset endlessly delayed for mysterious reasons, there are times when hope falters, and one wonders if all the talk of Ascension and the fall of the dark ones, and the channeled messages from purported angelic and extra-terrestrial allies are simply psychic projections, mere manifestations of humanity’s collective unconscious anxiety and yearning in the face of what we instinctlively recognize as a time of existential peril to our species. And so I ask myself: what is real? And given what is real, what is my best strategic response?
