Some give themselves grand names; some use names that are familiar to those who believe that they are channeling their relatives or those they trust. Every trick in the trade will be used to cause distrust and confusion so that the Cabal can maintain overall control. Remember that they are desperate to hold on to their power. In this year of enlightenment, you will be shown evidence that will question all that you had accepted as truth. Open your minds. The truth is there. It has never been more accessible than it is now. Many obstacles will be put before you. FEAR will be used; it always worked in the past. Remember, the Cabal are creatures of habit, they always use the same methods of control. Continued from Part 2. In this part AAM answers readers questions about Ascension and denies that there will be any catastrophe for Earth that will require us to abandon the surface and go to ships or travel to the Inner Earth.

SB: [Laugh] Uh-huh. All right. I have a great number of questions, but I think what I’m going to do is to arrange another talk with you to cover some of the others. But there were a couple that I think I probably should cover, because some people will want to know and have asked me about it.

There are parents who are worried that they will ascend against their will and leave their children or spouse behind when they don’t want to. Is it possible to ascend against one’s will?

AAM: It is absolutely impossible.

SB: So that, so the simple thing then is just to say, I don’t wish to ascend at this point?

AAM: You see, this is the power of no.

SB: [Laughter] Right.

AAM: No, because part of the ascension process is the act of will. It is the alignment of your heart, your mind, your spirit with your will, not just the will of all, but with your will. We are not going to override that.

SB: Okay, so that’s the brake.

AAM: That’s the brake.

SB: Right, all right. Well, I’m sure that will reassure them. Two questions on children. I’m under the impression that children below a certain age are regarded as innocent and will automatically ascend with their parents. Is that a true statement?

AAM: Yes. Most children are of pure heart. They are of love. And that is particularly true of the children that have come in in the last 20 years. That is why so many of them are completely disillusioned and feel disenfranchised. They don’t understand what on earth they are doing here and how they got here. Because they still have that core of innocence and of love. There may be some confusion, but they are still in that state of innocence. They are like little cherubs.

SB: All right. Another –

AAM: So, under eleven.

SB: Under eleven. Okay. Will children who appear not to understand ascension or issues dealing with ascension still ascend?

AAM: Yes. The issue isn’t intellectual. It is a heart decision. It is a heart knowing. Each of you on Earth have had situations where your guide or guardian angel has nudged you and you say, I’d better get out of here, this doesn’t feel right. And so you leave a place where, perhaps, danger is lurking. That is the sensation many of the children will have: “I don’t think I’m going to stay here; I think I’m going to go.” And it will be that simple.

SB: All right. Okay. Well, that’s reassuring. Now, I’ve turned the page and found I have two more questions. I’ll be very quick with that. Has a parent who chooses to remain behind when ascension occurs for the sake of a spouse or a child forfeited their chance to ascend for the next 26,000 years, or will they ascend upon the death of the physical body?

AAM: Of course they will ascend on the death of the body.

SB: All right. So it’s not the case that there’s a window that briefly opens and then shuts and these people have lost out altogether?

AAM: Why would we ever punish? We are not in the punishing business. And we would certainly never punish for love. When one stays because their love and their caring is so intense, their commitment is so intense — that is always taken into account. They will have their chance.

SB: That’s very reassuring. And my final question is, we seem to have a difference of opinion here. Some people say that the surface of the Earth before ascension will become uninhabitable and people will either go to space ships or down into the inner Earth and ascend there, and other people say no, the surface of the Earth will not become uninhabitable, people will remain on the surface of the Earth and ascend from the surface of the Earth. Is there one that’s incorrect and one that’s correct?

AAM: Yes. And we want to tell you, and we have told you, and we remind you yet again, gladly, this is also about the union with Gaia, the union with the Earth, and her transcendence, her ascension. She is not shrugging you off and telling you to go play elsewhere for a while while she is busy. You will be on the surface of the Earth.

Now, if you wish to be or happen to be on a ship during that time, that is not a problem. If you want to be in the bowels of the Earth, that is not a problem. But that is not the plan. The plan is for all the creatures together with her to travel together, to go up that spiral together.

SB: All right. So, so then it’s correct to believe or think that there will not be some kind of planetary cataclysm of destruction or catastrophe that necessitates our leaving Earth? I’m repeating this, Lord, to be absolutely certain, to leave no room for doubt on this question.

AAM: You know that years ago there was a very clear scenario, and you, as the Earth and her inhabitants, were headed for very much of a cataclysm. But do not forget also that your brothers and sisters held Earth in a bubble of pink to steady the axis for well over 50 years. Then, the light workers and light holders began to send healing to Gaia.

Now, you have felt her shrugging. You have felt her adjustments just the same way that many of you have had heart palpitations, digestive issues, skin issues, exhaustion. So you have seen the earthquakes, the volcanoes, the floods. It is very similar adjustments, just on a very different kind of scale.

The polar axes have been shifting for some time now, but there will not be a radical shift in that way. That has been addressed and taken care of. There will not be a massive cataclysm. And do not forget, your star brothers and sisters are in attendance. They are helping more than anybody knows, even those in your secret governments who think they know. [Laughter] They are helping to assist and to avoid what you think of as cataclysm.

Now, will there be shiftings? Yes. You’ve already witnessed that. And there are soul groups that have already committed and decided that they leave together, as a group. But what you are thinking of is far too close, my friend, to Armageddon, and that is not the plan.

SB: All right. Well, I think that is fairly conclusive for me. So I feel that the question that I had has been answered. Thank you.

AAM: You are welcome.

SB: I think what I should do, Lord, is return in a couple of weeks and ask the other questions that I have, and leave off for now. With my thanks.

AAM: And my thanks. I bless you and I give you my love.

David Wilcock has responded to Ben Fulford’s recent column, the most interesting point of which is the speculation that the old guard in Washington is preparing to flee en masse to South America, a point we’ve heard raised on occasion in the past. He also alleges that the cabal has wired many bridges and airstrips to explode.

If this is the case, I imagine it wouldn’t be a hard thing for the galactics to foil the plan. The comment is interesting to those who like to connect dots, but I wouldn’t let it alarm you. We’re in good hands. But if what David says is true, then it’s the news we’re waiting for. Thanks to Roth.

I can confirm from my own contacts that very few, if any lives were lost in the destruction of the underground bases. Ben is right. This is another good proof that we’re both hearing the same things.

Apparently for 24 hours before there was an explosion in either case, audio recordings that have now been recovered from the bases have the sounds of massive amounts of furniture sliding across the floor and people yelling. It appears that portals were opened up in the bases and they just pulled everything out — personnel, equipment and everything in between. There is no “stuff” left in what remains. All the supplies are gone.

However, where my sources disagree with Ben is that they are saying there is no radioactivity. Nukes were NOT used. Instead, it was a 20-fold spontaneous increase in air pressure, after everything had been pulled out for this 24-hour period.

Many of the personnel working in these bases were brought in during the 1970s, and are forbidden to ever walk the surface of the Earth again. This is all part of the update I’m working on for my website, Divine Cosmos, right now.

Ben has people who are closer to the actual negotiations than I’m able to hear from right now, but I do agree with him that it seems we are very close.

The biggest part he’s NOT seeing, apparently though, is that most of the old guard in Washington DC and thereabouts is planning on fleeing, en masse, to South America once this all happens. They’ve been using so many military aircraft to do this in the last three and a half weeks that it is delaying the return of soldiers discharged from Afghanistan. Then, as a good-bye present, they are planning on detonating charges planted in bridges and airstrips all over the country. The governors of each state have the sole control of the detonators — so I am told.

They are hoping that this will weaken society enough to create hunger, riots and chaos. I have revealed these plans at my own risk because I believe they can be stopped. The charges were put in place by workers who drilled into the concrete to test its strength, and put “detectors” in there to check on the integrity, the water vapor, et cetera. The “detectors” were then cemented in place. These “detectors” are actually charges that can be detonated remotely, but the workers never knew that.

Apparently, other charges were installed from the beginning of the Eisenhower Interstate System. Small cubbyholes were put in, ostensibly to give a view of the interior, but in reality they were made for these charges to be installed. The plan has been around for a long time — and remember, Eisenhower was also made aware of the ET presence, and warned of the rise of the military-industrial complex in his closing speech. At that point he probably already knew about the bridge charges, and that was one of his concerns.

I hope Ben and the people he is working with can anticipate this move and deactivate many, if not all of them, so the rest of the world can merely laugh at me and say I’m full of shit, which is much better than the alternative.

Whoops… I wasn’t clear in saying that the old guard are using military aircraft to move the last of their belongings, even including most of their clothing, at this point. They are not actually moving yet, but plan on doing so once the critical moment is reached. It will be a coordinated effort of them fleeing and the bridges and airstrips being set off.

There are many signs available in both the corporate propaganda media  and the people based independent media that some sort of end-game  crisis is approaching for the criminal cabal in charge of the G7  countries and their shrinking coterie of slave states. With the Pentagon  and the Russian military aligned against the cabal, their downfall is  close. For that very reason the cabalists are attempting to stage some  sort of game changing atrocity, probably in either the US or Europe.

One of the main battlegrounds is now the French banking system.  French banks are the biggest lenders to Greece so a Greek default would  also bring down the French banking system and hence the Euro. It is no  wonder French banks are under speculative attack.

We are also witnessing, again available in the propaganda media, the  spectacle of the IMF asking for and being denied, financing. Remember,  the IMF was supposed to be the lender of last resort in the post-war  financial system. There was supposed to be nothing above the IMF and yet  here they are begging for money they will not get.

The fact of the matter is that the Khazarian cabal that attempted to  start World War 3, kill 90% of humanity and then set up a totalitarian  world government, is being increasingly isolated. The world is no longer  accepting dollars or Euros printed by banks under the control of the  genocidal cabal.

The battle over control of the financial system has become such that I  can witness it first hand. Two personal acquaintances have gone to  Japanese banks with US dollars in cash. One is a freemason, the other a  legitimate businessman. The freemason had the serial numbers on his  dollars checked and rejected while the businessman was able to exchange  his dollars for yen after they checked the numbers.

Then there is the bank card for the White Dragon foundation. It is  not accepted at Mitsubishi or Citibank ATMs but it is accepted at Mizuho  or Sumitomo Bank ATMS. In theory all of these banks should accept it.

There has also been increased harassment directed at this writer.  Last week he got a call from Paypal saying I could not access my account  because two readers could not see the newsletter. Then the company in  charge of IT for my Japanese language subscription blog refused to put  up the blog or pass on subscription payments.

Also, once again, several of my associates report being approached by  Cabal members with requests to make false testimony against me. They  have also set up a system at the US airbase in Misawa, Japan, that  automatically alerts monitors any time my voice, or that of a few White  Dragon members known to the bad guys, are detected on a phone or on  skype. Anybody using an internet café in my neighborhood now has to be  fingerprinted as well. Too bad for them the White Dragon operates mostly  on an analogue and not digital basis.

In Japan, meanwhile, the top agent for George Bush Senior and his  genocidal cabal is now Deputy Finance Minister Eijiro Katsu. He is now  the top cabal power broker in Japan and Prime Minister Noda is his  slave, according to Japanese military intelligence. Katsu is allied with  Japanese power broker Ichiro Ozawa and his fellow traitors in an  attempt to loot the vast funds controlled by the Sokka Gakkai Budhist  lay-group. Sokka head Daisaku Ikeda is in a coma and as a result there  is a huge battle for control of his empire. Ikeda was a charismatic and  powerful figure and all potential rivals for leadership have long since  left his organization. The result is that now that he has become  incapacitated, there is a battle for a headless but rich and powerful  entity. The Nichiren Buddhist Temples will be contacting Sokka Gakkai  leadership in an attempt to persuade them to return to the Nichiren fold  following a schism in 1995. The Nichiren Buddhists support the White  Dragon Society.

Also, the leaders of the Japanese Yakuza groups have, in exchange for  a promise of immunity, agreed to provide testimony against George Bush  Senior, J. Rockefeller and their flunkies about a series of political  murders carried out at their behest both in Japan and overseas Bush  flunky Richard Armitage has also privately approached a White Dragon  Society member with an offer to testify against Bush and his CIA faction  in exchange for immunity. Michael Green, Kurt Campbell and Gerald  Curtis take note, you will go to jail soon unless you agree to testify  as well.

There are also several senior members of the Bilderberger group who  have now promised to work with the White Dragon Society in exchange for  promises of immunity. These include Bilderberger head D’Avignon, media  mogul Rupert Murdoch, former “black pope,” Peter Hans-Kolvenbach, Baron  Thyssen and others. Dick Cheney has also put out feelers offering  testimony in exchange for immunity.

This week promises to be eventful as the September 30 accounting  deadline arrives and senior cabalists scramble to make payments. As  always, we warn people not to under-estimate these snakes. They will do  all they can to destroy the world rather than set humanity free. THEY  WILL BE STOPPED.

Okay, that’s not Ben’s title, which is “Obama authorizes stationing of Japanese troops on US soil”. But that phrase inthis blog’s title was the “+” part to me.

So, this week’s weekly Ben starts out with that magic word, “Obama”, stirrer of some people’s emotions, like “What the heck is he doing THAT for?” Honestly, I don’t know, and actually I am not on a “want to know” basis. Ben states that it is to “defend Japanese corporate interests”. May have something to do with udon and sushi (“Protect the uni!” (that’s sea urchin)).

Although there are some strong references as to what is being done worldwide, and although what Obama’s precise role and intent here is unknown, Ben presents more indications that the cabal is still coming apart at the seams.

One more thing, the email that I posted in this earlier article was, according to Ben a “disinformation report”. As always, use discernment of the Higher variety.

Obama authorizes stationing of Japanese troops on US soil
September 19, 2011

US President Barack Obama signed an executive order allowing 2500 elite Japanese soldiers to be stationed on US soil, according to a Japanese military intelligence agent. The Japanese self-defense forces have been authorized by Obama to use force if necessary to defend Japanese corporate interests on US soil, the source says. The move was made in anticipation of severe rioting and turmoil in the US over the coming months, he said.

Meanwhile, 87 nations have now agreed to participate in the launch of the new financial system, according to three highly placed White Dragon agents. In addition, both the US and Russian military and law enforcement apparati have agreed to support the new financial system, according to the agents.

There were disinformation reports out that a European financial meeting this last weekend was a follow-up to the Monaco meeting. This is not true. The meeting in Europe was held by members of the old cabal who were trying to somehow keep their fiat currencies from imploding. Any serious financial journalist or expert though, must have been appalled by US Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner telling the Europeans to “increase leverage,” in order to solve their economic crisis. This is like telling an underwater gambling addict to start doubling his bets.

The fact of the matter is the Europeans know the Greeks and other Mediterranean countries were mooching off their hard working Northern cousins and they must now stop it. A new Mediterranean currency is what they really need.

However, there have been serious developments in the move towards a new financial system. Soon all financial trading programs or “platforms” will the shut down for an indeterminate period of time. The aim of this shut-down is to totally clean out and revamp the system. The amount of time needed to clean up the mess is not known.

The tentative date for this shut down has been set at November 11, 2011 (2011/11/11) but as with many dates that have come and gone, the financial cabal will do everything in its power to prevent that from happening.

For example, George Bushes Sr. and Jr. together with their hatchet man James Baker have been trying to arrange the assassination of White Dragon agents, including this writer, according to US agency sources.

In Japan, their top operative is now Mossad agent Michael Green. Green previously slandered this writer by telling very dangerous Japanese and Chinese operators that I was a speed addict who liked to beat women. Green is now behind a group that is threatening Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa and Deputy governor Hirohide Yamaguchi. Green is no longer welcome in Japan.

The gangsters sub-contracing [sub-contracting] for Green have been warned the Japanese police authorities as well as international law enforcement agencies will be given detailed evidence linking them to the murder of Japanese politician Koki Ishii in 2002. The evidence includes a letter written by the man who is now serving prison time for having stabbed Ishii to death. If given to the police authorities it would allow them to place collective blame on the gang leadership.

The main Japanese gangs, the Yamaguchi Gumi, the Inagawa Kai and the Sumiyoshi Kai have all been asked to stop sub-contracting for genocidal Sabbatean gangsters. Instead they have been offered an opportunity to formally take on their now informal rule as Japanese intelligence operatives.

The Japanese politicians who can be linked to the murder of Ishii include Naoto Kan (until recently Prime Minister), ruling Democratic power broker Ichiro Ozawa, former Prime Ministers Yasuhiro Nakasone and Junichiro Koizumi among many others, according to multiple witnesses.

The Japanese right wingers have also been notified that Sabbatean gangsters have infiltrated the Imperial Household agency and are preventing the emperor from acting on behalf of the Japanese people. One of the most treasonous agencies in Japan is the Mitsubishi banking group. This bank is going to be broken up and liquidated once the new financial system starts, according to Japanese military intelligence.

The Japanese nationalist have also been told that White Dragon Society member Neil Keenan is the nephew of both Tokyo war crimes Prosecutor Joseph Keenan and General MacArthur aide General George Keenan. Joseph and George Keenan were involved in the Keenan fund. The Keenan fund was used for clandestine operations aimed at preventing Emperor Hirohito from being prosecuted for war crimes. Keenan also argued that if Japanese “A” class war criminals should be prosecuted then so should the people behind the nuclear bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. For this and other reasons, Keenan is seen as a hero amongst the Japanese nationalists.

Research into the Keenan fund has also revealed more of the hidden history of World War two. In particular, it turns out that General Tomoyuki Yamashita, of the famous Yamashita gold treasure, was the son of General Arthur MacArthur by a Japanese mother. This made him a half-brother to General Douglas MacArthur. It also turns out that although Yamashita was supposedly executed for war crimes, in fact he was spirited away to the Philippines. He lived there until the age of 92 in a luxurious compound surrounded by 16 foot walls. Nobody near the compound was allowed to build a building higher than the wall, according to the White Dragon agents.

The same sources provided new information about World War 2. They said one of the main reasons for the war was to maintain control of the global financial system in the hands of a small cabal. To do this, they needed to capture most of the world’s gold supply that was not already in their hands and take it off market. Many Jews in Europe were persecuted because they refused to relinquish their own personal gold supplies.

Much of the confiscated gold remains in tunnels near the city of Matsumoto, Japan as well as in the Philippines and other parts of Asia. It has yet to be returned to its rightful owners.

In a related move, the Saudis and the Thai Royal family are now working with the Yamaguchi Gumi to sell “black-listed” Thai gold to the Chinese. As already mentioned Libya was invaded because it was refusing to trade oil for currencies like Euros and dollars that were not backed by gold.
