Johannesburg High Court Judge Selby Baqwa has just handed down written reasons for a verdict that could shatter confidence in the South African banking system and opens the way for criminal charges being laid against the banks and their senior office bearers, according to non-profit group New Economic Rights Alliance (NewERA).
The judgement opens up a world of trouble for the banks. Judge Baqwa ruled that the banks’ securitisation vehicles are “subsidiaries” of the banks. This doesn’t sound like a bombshell judgement, but it confirms a central pillar of NewERA’s argument: that banks’ securitisation vehicles are subject to the same laws as the banks themselves. 20 days into May what a month. We are going to see change but not by just waiting for others to do it for you. Stop making excuses and hide behind the screen. I hear still things like: “There is no one who will help or support me or I can not change anything myself!.” What I try to do for now 3 years is give you in service to you all my blog for free with as much alternative information in news, videos, radio, articles, channelings, music and my own articles and comments. It is my mission to let you see what is going on now and you would not read or see on the mainstream news or via the “usual channels”. You have to decide, discern, go within and go actively change on the outside as also on the inside that what is needed to change. All things that obstruct the new or keep the old in place are merely last straws, but they are still their keeping the framework going . We need now to get rid off all of it. The time is now to change.

There is no such thing as lack of love, only abundant, every flowing eternal and unconditional love. It is important to truly realise and understand my words and their meaning as they can if you choose alter your experience of the Creator’s love and loving presence.
