(Lucas : I am using my utmost discernment when reading this, For multiple reasons I see this announcement as problematic:
1- You can only have parts of the so-called Operation Dreamland
revealed at the conferences.
2-It is not a free event for everybody available or as long there are seats available. It says not you can freely donate to the costs, it says you have to pay for your attendance ($250 or €200 per person) for the Torinno conference for instance. 3- It is sold as a lightworker event to do vortex activations and to get clarity in the minds of ‘dedicated’ lightworkers. It seems that Cobra is now becoming a sort of brand for Phoenix Group LLC. Also the 2012portal.org is clear. I am for sure not paying to become a ‘free person’ and not for recruitment or even for being a ‘dedicated’ lightworker. In the spiritual sence of this new golden age coming to fruition it is for sure not about organized violence, nor about force bringing things about. The spiritual path is found in the individual having their own energies raised, their chakras opened and activated. You need no paid teacher or ways or programs for that. There is enough to read and learn about on the net without payment. You can do it yourself. If you do, the world is brought also at a higher energy level. Al those lightworkers together make with the elevation of the energies and the energies coming here from source that the dark will lose all strongholds that should still exist. Dark cannot exist in the light. Therefore it is for me like others telling you they are the ones guiding and leading you, they are the ones who can free you or have the only true solution. This is leading you astray. Search for answers within.
It in all for me is a NO NO. If you not comply in attending and paying for an event you can not be part of the Operation Dreamland details that only are given in parts at the conferences (read what is says below in the article). You are (stating the article) also not a dedicated lightworker if you do not have bought your seat at a conference and you will not be given clarity in the mind by Cobra. Also it says you are told at the conference how you can join ‘the lightforces’ or better said his resistance movement. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed by each participant, no photography or recordings are allowed, topics presented may be subject to change. So you are not sure up front about what you will hear, see and pay for. You should read very well that what is written below and see the pages and see what it says. This all together makes this whole thing for me a NO NO. As always you have to decide and discern yourselves! I have made clear why I think this is a big NO for me.)
Cobra Conferences Around the World

The first conference will be taking place in Turin, Italy, from October 26th to 28th. This conference will be positioned within the same energy vortex that has triggered the first Renaissance more than 500 years ago. Now the same vortex will start triggering the second Renaissance. The fourth conference will be taking place in Laguna Beach from November 23rd to 25th, right in the eye of the Pleiadian vortex. Our conference room will be located only a few hundred yards away from the exact spot where Dr. Fred Bell had physical contact with Semjase, a Pleiadian being of Light. At the conference you will be able to hear the amazing testimony of that contact from Robert Potter, Dr. Fred Bell’s close friend and himself a contactee. After the conference, further developments of Operation Dreamland are scheduled to be announced.

The fifth conference will be taking place in St. Maarten from November 30th to December 2nd. Sint Maarten is not only a beautiful tropical island, but also an important energy spot within the Caribbean vortex. The Caribbean vortex is a huge energy portal that connects us with the old Atlantis and accelerates the activation of the new Atlantis, the forthcoming civilization of Light.
