Uploaded on 1 January 2013 by  Skyywatcher88 QUIET BEGINNING: 2013 has begun. This is supposed to be the year of Solar Max, yet New Years Day is quiet. There hasn’t been a significant solar flare in more than a month, and none of the sunspots on the Earthside of the sun appear poised to erupt.
