European Banks To Shift US Assets To Dodge New Fed Rules – 10 February 2013

Newly proposed rules from the Federal Reserve have European banks crying foul.

This week the Fed proposed that banks with more than 10 Billion dollars in US assets need to place monies into a holding company.

The holding would then be separately capitalized at the same rate as domestic US banks.
