In this video, I discuss some of the health problems and risks associated with chronic cell phone radiation exposure, and offers practical tips to dramatically reduce your exposure while still functioning normally in a technology society.
One addition that I forgot to include in the video — I suggested not carrying your cell phone in your pocket. The alternative that I intended to suggest is to carry it in your purse or briefcase instead.
Minor Correction: I slightly fumbled my explanation of the inverse square law as it relates to radiation exposure, but the actionable principles conveyed were still accurate — essentially that even a distance of a few inches makes a big difference in terms of your radiation exposure.
