Every now and again, when we are undergoing a drastic change of energy, the readings seem to take on the hue of a science project unfolding, which would be perfectly OK if I had a science kind of mind to process it with clarity (from the world of science,)  but I do not.  I suppose tho, if I did have a science oriented mind, I would really be missing the spiritual significance of what is happening.

I ran across a quote today that I found most thought-provoking and thought I  would share it with you. “What can we gain by sailing to the moon if we are not able to cross the abyss that separates us from ourselves?” Quote by Thomas Merton.  Oh how insightful those words are. We are so eager to go forth and discover new worlds and conquer others, yet we have not even figured ourselves out first! How have we allowed ourselves to become so distracted by the world that we have lost interest in understanding ourselves and striving to become the best that we can be? We are totally unable to settle our differences without war and yet we wish to conquer outer space. Our priorities are so warped, we seem to be guilty of destroying the world in which we live so we think moving on to a new one will solve our problems. We are not growing and evolving as we should be, we seem to be running in place on our hamster wheel or God forbid even worse, going backwards.

A couple of press titles were expressing shock about this last night, but being slap in the middle of the age group, I find it totally unsurprising. Marriage is still an important test of character, but a huge variety of things are militating against it.

Dear friends!

The time is stretching and bending, and it is diffcult to keep track of the days, but tomorrow (Sunday 7) we have another Gathering coming up at 21:00 Oslo time. I know I am not the only one who have felt the ”heat” of this summer already, but I also know that many of you can testify that under all of this pressure, the love continues to pour in. The energies have been intense, and the effect from them have touched us all. We can also see signs that many others are starting to register that ”something” is going on, and I think that the Gathering this time will help to send these energies of change even further afield.
