I’m sure you have all noticed by now a significant increase in posts uncovering the fraudulent and corrupt nature of the United States of America Inc. and corporate governance in general. There is a reason for this. That reason is NOT to try and convince or persuade anyone to go out and try to gain access to their Strawman account. Or, to attempt to fight the system in any way. History has shown, when we fight the system, the system fights back. Fighting and knowing your rights/standing in your Truth are two entirely different concepts. One can be quite dangerous; the other is courageous and honorable.

The United States has accumulated over $70 trillion in unreported debt, an amount nearly six times the declared figure, according to a new study by University of California-San Diego economics Professor James Hamilton.

The unique aspect of Hamilton’s study is that he examines federal debt that has not been publicly released, specifically the federal government’s support for “housing, other loan guarantees, deposit insurance, actions taken by the Federal Reserve, and government trust funds.”

Bank of America BAC -1.91%‘s legal troubles just got more complicated today as US regulators accused it of fraud over mortgage securities.

The SEC and Department of Justice filed a civil suit today against BofA claiming the bank defrauded investors when it sold mortgage securities backed by more than $855 million in residential mortgages.

NEW YORK (TheStreet) — The Department of Justice Tuesday afternoon announced a lawsuit against Bank of America (BAC_), alleging the bank made “false and misleading statements,” in connection with the sale of $850 million in mortgage-backed securities in February 2008.

“Bank of America’s reckless and fraudulent origination and securitization practices in the lead-up to the financial crisis caused significant losses to investors,” U.S. attorney Anne Tompkins said in a press release.

According to the civil complaint filed in the U.S. District Court in Charlotte, N.C., where Bank of America is headquartered, Bank of America defrauded five institutional investors, including the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and Wachovia Bank, which along with its parent company was acquired by Wells Fargo (WFC_) in December 2008.

I think, it is much easier for me to see what is happening to you, energetically, and understand it, than you (or even myself) be in the actually energetic experience in the moment, and know what the energy is really doing to us.  I say this because twice yesterday, I was asked the question “will I know when this is happening.”  Even when we get downloaded or uploaded (from earth) all at once, it still takes us days, months, sometimes, years to completely assimilate and use what was just set into us.  However, USE is the key operative here.  For example, if I didn’t start my days with these sharings, so much would fall away from my understandings.  I have said this so many times, I understand me more efficiently because you give me the privileged of understanding you.
