ZeroHedge – Ron Paul: Celebrate Independence Day By Opposing Government Tyranny – 4 July 2014

ZeroHedgeSubmitted by Ron Paul via The Ron Paul Institute,

This week Americans will enjoy Independence Day with family cookouts and fireworks. Flags will be displayed in abundance. Sadly, however, what should be a celebration of the courage of those who risked so much to oppose tyranny will instead be turned into a celebration of government, not liberty. The mainstream media and opportunistic politicians have turned Independence Day into the opposite of what was intended.

James Corbett – The Corbett Report – Interview 909 – Global Journalist: Fukushima Three Years Later – 4 July 2014

via GlobalJournalist.org:

In March 2011, an earthquake and tsunami devastated the eastern coast of Japan. Thousands of people were killed, and scores more were displaced as a result of the natural disaster. The earthquake and resulting tsunami caused the meltdown of a nuclear power station located in Fukushima Prefecture. Radioactive material leaked into the Pacific Ocean, and the area surrounding the plant became irradiated. This led to the development of an exclusion zone around the plant, and the evacuation of cities near the stricken nuclear site.

But more than three years after the event, journalists still struggle to report on what exactly is going on with the region’s recovery and cleanup efforts. TEPCO, the utility that managed the nuclear reactor, has been criticized for not being forthcoming with the public, or with the victims of the tragedy … or, even with the government. Today on Global Journalist, we take a look at what’s going on in Fukushima, and look at some of the challenges reporters face in covering stories like these in Japan.

Dana Mrkich – Friday Slow Down – 4 July 2014

Dana Colour Pic NewThis week had one of those manic, rushed vibes to it. Every day was filled with back to back things to do, and it felt like the adrenalin was pumping constantly!

I’m hearing from many people who had the same sort of week of feeling wired, so if you are one of those let’s take the opportunity of this Friday/weekend energy to take a deep breath in, and do a big exhale. And again. And slowly, again.

This weekend try to consciously slow down your inner and outer pace. Take time to breathe, rest, relax, get out in nature and come back to balance!

Visionkeeper – Happy And Safe 4th Of July… – 4 July 2014

Music to read by below:

Today is a good day to disregard all of the dramas being played out, the weather being manipulated, the lies being spun etc. and just focus our thoughts on the heartbeat of America, the truth of who we are, the strength we stand with and the compassion we the people share with others. We are far, far more than our unfortunate circumstances have made us out to be. Look inside today and find that person and share that person and your compassion with someone who needs it. Patriotism is at an all time low which is sad. It is not the country we are so disenchanted with, it is the dark force that is running it into the ground. Our country needs us and our trust and belief. Let us not forget today who we REALLY are! Have a safe and meaningful holiday. Remember we are free if we choose to be.

Blessings to us all,

Visionkeeper
