But now, what is happening is a shift that will bring you all out of sync with what these normal ways of understanding will try to tell you, and so, you will feel as if you are literally walking by your side instead of feeling fully centered at all times.

Red-Level Weather Alert As Typhoon Halong Lashes Southern Japan – 9 August 2014

A powerful typhoon is raging through southwestern Japan, prompting the country’s meteorological agency to issue the highest red-level weather alert. At least 6 people have been injured and half a million locals were urged to evacuate.

Typhoon Halong, which has already been unofficially classified as a super typhoon, has caused rains and winds of up to 198 kilometers (123 miles) per hour.

As of 3pm on Saturday, Halong was traveling north-northeast some 160 km south-southwest of Cape Ashizuri in Kochi Prefecture at 150 kph. The maximum sustained wind speed near its center was 126 kph, the Japan Times reported.

The US space agency released a spectacular video detailing the testing of an interplanetary landing system, which is designed to place more massive payloads on the surface of Mars, as it hurtled toward Earth.

In the cosmic quest to explore the surface of Mars, NASA is attempting to devise technologies that will allow it to deliver heavy payloads to the mysterious red planet. In June, NASA engineers, with the help of a massive balloon, lifted the 7,000-pound (3,175 kg) saucer-shaped test vehicle to an altitude of 190,000 feet (58 kilometers) before it was released.
