Throughout our history, on every level in any area of life there always has been some kind of manipulation aiming at achieving self-centered goals and often corrupting official systems. This behavior reflects the selfishness of human nature. It affects everyone without exception in every way. This is why we should always question everything we are told.
Boy, isn’t December a mixed bag of tricks already? I personally am witnessing so many different themes playing out with the people I know. Varied to a degree I cannot remember seeing before. For some, the changes they are experiencing are a massive blessing, for others, like skin being ripped from their bodies, but change is change. I kept asking my team, what the hell do I need to change. I really love my life, I love what I do, I’m not sure what or where I need to bring in change. My team replied back… look at how much weight you have lost and are still loosing (45 pounds so far, yay) THAT is change!! Really???
When spirit says, change something, do something different… they are not speaking in any one thing, just …anything. Every ounce of change we apply to ourselves, to some part of our lives, has a dynamic affect on the whole, no matter how insignificant it may seem to you personally. Continue reading →

The holiday season presents so many challenges to introverts. From the idea that one never feels more alone than in a highly connected crowd that doesn’t resonate … to the fact that each of us has at least a tiny introverted part that can feel overwhelmed or excluded by all the holiday parties and obligations … we will find more peace when we make peace with ourselves. This article has been making the rounds online, but I thought I’d post here, because I know so many clients and blog readers are self described introverts.
In her book “Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking“, Susan Cain illustrates how today’s world has created an Extrovert culture; the ideal is to be sociable, loud, bold, and it is so because it resonates with how most of our interactions are nowadays. We are bold and loud all day on our social media; the corporate environment favors the “golden boy/girl”, who wins over investments with daring ideas and a charming personality.
Social media anger exploded after footage was released of a female Arizona police officer putting a 15-year-old girl in a chokehold, as the teenager shouted that she was unable to breathe and her mother was begging to stop.
The cell phone footage emerged on Friday and was posted on Facebook. It has since gone viral and received more than 2.5 million views.
The punching incident took place in Mesa, Arizona, on Friday. A witness caught it on video and the cameraman can be heard pointing out, “he just punched her in the face”. “I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe…please…” the girl is screaming.
A bystander approaches, apparently to intervene in the situation, who was later discovered to be the victim’s mother; the girl had apparently been an “emotionally unstable” runaway, according to Luis Paul Santiago, who recorded the incident.

New federal policing rules will expand protections against racial and ethnic profiling to include gender, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, and gender identity. US Attorney General Eric Holder hopes local law enforcement adopt the guidelines.
The changes update the Guidance Regarding the Use of Race by Federal Law Enforcement Agencies that was issued in June 2003 under President George W. Bush. The 2003 outline barred only profiling based on race and ethnic origin.
Yet the new rules will allow exemptions for some federal agents working under the US Department of Homeland Security, including screeners for the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA), border security officers, and Secret Service members.
If we could experiment with the atmosphere and literally play God, it’s very tempting to a scientist. – Kenyan earth scientist Richard Odingo
For those who know about the history of geoengineering – aka chemtrails – you might be noticing a spate of admissions from the halls of establishment science and government that the “conspiracy theory” is no longer … it is a fact.

National security concerns, including the fight against global terror, don’t justify US and UK intelligence services’ clandestine and indiscriminate mass surveillance programs, the Commissioner for Human Rights at the Council of Europe has warned.
In a pointed challenge to Britain and America, the Council’s Commissioner for Human Rights, Nils Muižnieks, called for increased transparency and more robust democratic oversight of intelligence agencies’ surveillance techniques.
He also demanded the terms of ‘Five Eyes’ – a cross-border intelligence-sharing pact between Britain, America, Australia, New Zealand and Canada – be published promptly.
The imminent release of the Senate Intelligence Committee’s so-called torture report will at last reveal details about the CIA’s past use of enhanced interrogation techniques — which, according to George W. Bush, were performed by American “patriots.”
Speaking to CNN on the eve of the report’s long-anticipated release, the former two-term United States president defended the actions of the CIA agents whose conduct will soon be revealed to the world. Following three years of work and months of debate in Washington, the executive summary of the $40 million report is expected to be made pubic as early as this week.
Now ahead of the report’s release, George W. Bush is standing by the CIA.
