NaturalNews – Mike Adams – Theft LIKE CLOCKWORK: Pension Plans To Be Looted Nationwide As Congress Okays Institutional Theft Of Funds – 12 December 2014

NaturalNewss Logo-April-2014(NaturalNews) On April 2, 2013, in an article entitled Economics 101: Production, coercion and theft, I wrote about the coming looting of pension plans, stating:

When societies approach collapse, coercion shifts to outright theft: Stealing money right out of your bank account, for example, like we recently witnessed in Cyprus. Just like clockwork, that looting of pension plans is now about to commence. “Congress could soon allow the benefits of current retirees to be cut as part of an agreement to address the fiscal distress confronting some of the nation’s 1,400 multi-employer pension plans,” writes Michael Fletcher of the Washington Post. British Intel Asked For CIA Torture Report Redactions, Downing St Admits – 12 December 2014

RT logoBritish intelligence was in contact with the CIA prior to the publication of the US Senate report on torture published earlier this week. Downing Street confirmed the UK asked for information to be redacted on national security grounds.

The statement contradicts those made earlier by the British government, which denied any involvement in US torture operations.

The controversial report produced by Democratic members of the Senate Intelligence Committee found US military personnel had been involved in torture techniques, classified as “enhanced interrogation.”

The techniques were called “brutal” by Senate members, and include graphic accounts of waterboarding, stress positions, sleep deprivation and rectal feeding.

Hush Money: West Turns Blind Eye On Qatar’s Terrorism Funding – 12 December 2014

RT logoQatar gives Western countries money they desperately need, and in return it gets a blind eye to its actions in the Middle East, even sponsoring ISIS and other jihadists, Danni Makki, researcher specializing on Middle East security, told RT.

The Qatari royal family is planning to create a residence in the very heart of London, converting three properties in Regent’s Park into a single mega-mansion valued at over £200 million. The Al Thani family already owns some famous London landmarks like the Shard, the Olympic Park, and Harrods. While Qatar actively buys UK property and heavily invests in Britain’s economy, the appalling situation with human rights abuses in Qatar is simply ignored by London. In fact, Britain also turns a blind eye to Qatar’s links with extremist groups in the Middle East.

Canada’s Currency At 54Mo Low As Oil Prices Collapse Nelow $60 – 12 December 2014

RT logoThe Canadian dollar is taking spill with falling oil prices, and traded at a new low of 86.58 cents against the US dollar Friday. Canada has the world’s third largest proven oil reserves, and relies on oil and gas exports for 30 percent of GDP.

The ‘Loonie’, as the currency is called in Canada, hit a 5-year low in October, and continues to sink along with oil prices, which have lost more than 43 percent from their June peak. Brent crude, the global benchmark, was trading at $62.95 per barrel at 13:15 MSK. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures slipped to $59.

The Canadian currency hit a high of $1.05 against the dollar in summer 2011, but has been stuck in a 5-year lull as investors sell off crude oil in the market.
