The key words for this week’s Mercury/Mars conjunction are “Delicate Negotiations,” as in, try as hard as you can to keep them delicate haha! Merc/Mars wants to jump in there like a laser beam and with little patience and possibly some resentment or anger, go straight for the jugular! So the down side is that you can do damage with your words this week or receive some harsh words coming at you. The upside is that it gets the yuck outa’ there! It is time to share some of your personal values or some subjective needs/wants and now you are more capable of pushing through your fears and actually “fessing up.” It may not be comfortable but it is good to be clear about where you stand and where everyone else stands (and needs) to move into the future without doubts, questions and secret agendas that can come back to bite. So if you can remain tactful and truthful this can be a good housekeeping week! Practice, practice practice haha!

Feds Investigating Video Of US Marshal Destroying Woman’s Camera – 22 April 2015

A California woman was videotaping an arrest in a Los Angeles suburb recently when a rifle-toting police officer charged towards her and destroyed the recording device. Now federal authorities say they’re investigating the incident.

The video footage surfaced on the internet over the weekend, showing how the encounter unfolded in the city of South Gate, which is a few miles from downtown Los Angeles.

In the 53-scond clip, a woman is seen holding what appears to be a small camera or cellphone in front of her face, with the police activity occurring around 15 feet in front of her. Halfway through the recording, an officer with a rifle in tow rushed towards the woman and reached for the device.

A loud noise is audible as the officer smashes the camera on the ground and boots it away. He was then filmed walking away from the scene as the woman went to pick up what was left of her device.

Japan’s Maglev Train Sets New World Record With 603kph Test Run – 22 April 2015

When it comes to fast trains, Japan takes top honors. A trailblazing maglev – short for ‘magnetic levitation’ – train has set a world speed record during a test run near Mount Fuji, clocking over 600kph (373mph).

The new record comes less than a week after the seven-car train clocked 590kph, breaking its own 2003 record of 581kph.

The maglev hovers 10cm above the tracks and is propelled by electrically charged magnets.
