Today it was the Swiss central bank’s turn, and it didn’t pull any punches with regard to Russian billionaires seeking a safe haven from the ruble-rubble in Moscow or investors from all around its borders fleeing Mario Draghi’s impending euro-trashing campaign. The essence of its action was that your money is not welcome in Switzerland; and if you do bring it, we will extract a rental payment from your deposits.

Russia To Supply Banks With Up To $6.54Bn To Fight Off Crisis – 19 December 2014

Banks in Russia will get a government boost to finance debt and projects as the country risks recession. On Friday, the State Duma passed the last two readings of a law to allocate up to 10 percent, or $6.54 billion, from a sovereign wealth fund.

The law is essentially a bank bailout from the Ministry of Finance.

Once the bill is signed into law, Russia’s largest state-owned banks, Sberbank, VTB, VTB 24, Gazprombank, the Russian Agriculture Bank, and Bank of Moscow, as well as private banks such as Alfa-Bank, UniCredit Bank, and Rosbank (Societe General) will be eligible for loans, but no final list has been drawn up.

IMF Withholds €88mn Tranche From Cyprus – 19 December 2014

The International Monetary Fund has postponed the allocation of €88 million credit assistance to Cyprus over the suspension of a new foreclosure law.

The move came after the Cyprus parliament decided to delay putting the foreclosure law into practice. The new legislation would speed up the procedure of banks seizing property from people unable to pay back loans.

The introduction of the law in September was a condition for further credit assistance to Cyprus. It has been put back to January 30, 2015.

“Following today’s suspension of the existing legislation on foreclosure, critical requirements for the completion of the fifth program review are now no longer met,” the IMF said in a statement. “We look forward to continued cooperation, and will agree with the authorities on the next steps in the period ahead.”

Alright. A very potent time here. Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, everything sort of coming up, but more notably that Winter Solstice happening when Uranus is going direct.

It has been retrograde for about five months so going direct in a fiery sign of Aries on the Solstice, 12-21, plus then we have a few other energies occurring that day that I think are going to produce interesting effects.

As always as a lightworker, as a conscious developing soul, be sure to make your intent clear of what you do want. That is very, very, very important and focus only on the positive, don’t give power to what you don’t want.

Uranus brings about changes, and here is going to bring about maybe possibly fiery changes so if everything sort of turns into a fireball for you, just go with that pace. Chase it. Work with the energies that exist and make the most of them.
