The political world is swarming over revelations that Hillary Clinton hid her emails during her time as Secretary of State.

She apparently went so far in shielding her official correspondence from public scrutiny that her team set up the private domain @clintonemail.com, used cover names for family members and reportedly ran a server for the mail client out of her home. Hillary publicly tweeted to dispel concerns about secrecy, dubiously claiming ‘I want the public to see my email.’

Mega ‘FREAK’ Bug Affects Microsoft Too, Company Warns – 6 March 2015

RT logoMicrosoft now admits that its Windows operating systems are vulnerable to the colossal FREAK encryption bug, potentially putting millions of computer users at risk after initial reports about the flaw fell short of finding the tech giant susceptible.

On the heels ofreports about the bug that surfaced earlier this week, the Redmond, California based computer company admitted in a security advisory published on Thursday that “all supported releases of Microsoft Windows” can be exploited by the encryption bug.

Earlier reports indicated that Apple’s Safari browser and smartphones running off Android and Blackberry operating systems, among other devices, could be compromised through a newly discovered flaw that lets attackers decrypt supposedly secure traffic going from phones to websites and vice versa, prompting responses from Google and other affected parties.

ZeroHedge – Despite Tsipras Complaining That “ECB Has Rope Around Our Neck” Greece Finds Enough Cash To Make IMF Payment – 6 March 2015

ZeroHedge While the biggest economic event of the week was the US February jobs report, one of the lingering concerns following last week’s report that Greece is in financial dire straits, is whether the Eurozone member nation would default on its IMF loan as soon as today when it had a scheduled €310 million payment due to the IMF. Earlier today, in the build up to the NFP report, it was reported that indeed Greece had managed to dig deep under the cushion and find just enough cash to make the required partial loan repayment thus avoiding a technical default.

African Union Blames US, UK, Norway For South Sudan Civil War – Leak – 6 March 2015

RT logoBy supporting South Sudan’s independence from Sudan, the US, UK and Norway have created conditions for the civil war, which broke out in the world’s youngest country in 2013, leaked documents from an inquiry by the African Union allege.

In 2005, the US, UK, Norway and the East African trading bloc, IGAD, pushed through a peace deal, which legitimized the South Sudanese rebels, and paved the way for the country’s independence in 2011.

According to a draft of the African Union inquiry obtained by Reuters, the actions of the Western powers helped establish “a politically unchallenged armed power in South Sudan” that acted with impunity and legitimized “rule of the gun.”

The former home secretary said companies should not be expected to simply hand over information, saying that would be “completely improper,” but said there should be a protocol for them to alert authorities of potentially suspicious behavior.

“Where we [the company] identify a prima facie worry that someone is using terminology or indicating a particular pattern, we will let you know that this communication is taking place. It is now up to you to get a warrant if you want to access content.

Activist Post

After five years of intense fighting and destabilization raging across Syria, Western mainstream press has finally discovered the true cause of the so-called “civil war.” It turns out that all of the analysts in the alternative media suggesting that the situation in Syria was the result of a NATO destabilization campaign and foreign-backed invasion of terrorists in the form of al-Nusra, al-Qaeda, and ISIS were wrong. In fact, even those mainstream analysts who have suggested that the foreign invasion was actually a legitimate rebellion were apparently mistaken.
