My comment on the background of this article is that in India the people have been making the statement to end the far spread corruption. The hungerstrike here mentioned in the article is one of its examples how people want to emphasize the need for chance. This “need for change” is a strong motto that keeps popping up all over the world. The signs of the new times to come.
