8/28/2011 — SEVERE in Sioux Falls, SD and Omaha, NE = HAARP ring forecast confirmation

Tornadic development, hail, and damaging winds detected… heading right into Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Omaha Nebraska.

This is a HAARP ring confirmation video, first showing the current tornadic activity, then directly following todays update.. in this same video, i’ve attached the original forecast video from 3 days ago calling for these specific towns to get the hardest part of the coming, yet at the time unformed storms—

This was forecasted SOLELY by using the HAARP ring method. (seeing a ring about the town, naming the town, and having the town get hit within a few days with tornadoes, hail, or severe damaging winds.)

about 2 and 1/2 days ago: I issued this forecast: first two on the list are now being hit.. if the system holds up the rest will follow suit.
