These are the times you have been working towards; you are raising yourselves into a higher consciousness and meeting an answering reply from the higher aspects of yourselves.

These days that you are each experiencing are bringing each of you into greater balance, harmony and integration with all aspects of your Being, and this will continue until all the parts of you that are not Love are loved by YOU into wholeness. This is the most important task and objective that is before you now, the realization that you are the creator of your own life and that you DO have all the tools necessary to successfully attain both personal planetary and cosmic ascension. Love and compassion for your Self is an important part of the process for if you cannot Love yourself unconditionally, it is nigh impossible to Love others in the same way.

We wish to impart to you the need and necessity of maintaining grounding into the Earth during these times as the higher energies continue to flow through every particle of sentient life upon your planet, for it is most important to be fully present and awake within your incredibly made biological computer system that you know as your physical body. It is important to take charge and to find the tools necessary to keep awake in the coming days. The changes within your bodies are increasing and opening up pathways that have not been used since the beginning times. Everything upon your planet is in the process of transformation and transmutation as you already know and each of you is an integral part of this process, for as you create change within yourselves and in your daily lives, so too, you create change within the larger fields surrounding your planet.

For when you can forgive others and, most of all yourself, for first setting these patterns into motion for the experience it afforded you, then a more gentle way of life can be manifested in and through you. This is the greatest challenge facing so many in these times, the challenge of finding within themselves the ability to truly and completely forgive all. And we say that this work must be done before you can move forward upon your ascension path.

Connect each day to the Earth by your grounding cord and send your Love and your light to her crystalline core. There is much movement taking place and all is moving deep within. Your energy of Love at this time will help the Earth tremendously.

We wish to have discourse about the force of energies being directed to the atmosphere of the Earth during this period. These energies come to enable Humanity as a whole to move into a higher consciousness enmasse. This will entail many months of preparation for these Ones, with many different ways of cleansing and purifying being brought to the surface through colds, flus and the like, along with the need to review their inner selves for a more honest look at what lies within them. This can be unpleasant for many, as most people in these current Earth times are not used to scrutinizing their inner motives and facing the truth of all aspects of themselves.
