As you smile at a stranger, it is not just your smile, but God’s smile. As you comfort a friend it is not just your comfort, but God’s love reaching through you. As you take time to take care of yourself a little bit more, you are allowing God to care for you as well.

Look at the shelter around you. You are loved. Look at the food upon your plate. You are loved. Look at the fact that we are writing to you via this newsletter and aware of each and every one of you as precious, beautiful, cherished souls upon the earth. You are loved.

There are great joys to be experienced all around you. Humanity has conditioned you to seek out what is wrong, but heaven encourages you to seek out what is right. Many of you would ask us, “But how can we ignore the darkness? How can we ignore what is wrong? How can we ever change if we do not look at the problems in our world.” Dear ones, we are not suggesting you ignore the world’s problems, but rather that you acknowledge them and then immediately set your sights upon a solution, about what is good, true, and right with the world. For in truth your vibration creates a deep and lasting change. The only thing you leave upon this earth permanently… is your love.

Already you are three days into 2015. Are you sticking to your resolutions? Have you even made any? Here in the heavens we aren’t concerned about that at all. We love you exactly as you are. If resolutions are important to you we will assist, but what we care about more than anything else, is assisting you in experiencing and sharing Love in your daily lives. If it is loving to go to the gym and work out, then do so! If you must beat yourself up to get there, find a different form of movement! Whatever it is you resolve dear ones, or not, do so with love.

Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukkah! Happy Light in the Darkness, and Light rising up within your beautiful, brave, and bountiful hearts.

For indeed, light did not come into the darkness, but rather was revealed in the midst of the darkness. Light always exists dear ones. Light is what the entire universe is made of. In the midst of the greatest trials, one must only look in the most humble places to see evidence of God’s love. Whether it be in the light of an oil lamp, a babe in a humble manger, or in a simple flower growing up through a crack in a concrete sidewalk… love is ever present, always seeking to reveal itself, always seeking to grow.

You are souls in bodies, and your bodies are not only your vehicles but your teachers. Be kind to them. Take care of them. Treat them lovingly and nurture them in whatever way you please. Listen to their needs. Reshape them if you wish. Create bigger muscles or a smaller waist, but whatever you do, realize that you are so much more.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

There is an incredible and dynamic order to the universe dear ones. In all things, you are guided. God knows your heart, your wishes, your dreams, and strives at every moment to fill you with love, to guide you with love, to give you the most pleasant and loving experience here upon this earth.

So in each moment, drop into your heart. Especially during the holidays when you all get so very busy, stop every now and then and drop into your heart, and ask yourself, “Is what I am doing truly in my heart?” Is this shopping what is in my heart, a gift of true love? Is this cooking truly what is in my heart, a gift of true love? Am I writing out holiday cards with love or with duty? Am I decorating my home with love? And if not dear ones, what does the heart truly want? For indeed you are celebrating the birth and burning of of light and love amidst the darkness, and so bring your light into each moment. Love what you are doing or do something else.
