Benjamin Levin (left) A former deputy minister of education has been charged with exploiting children.  The former education minister, Kathleen Wynne, is now the provincial premier…..and a close friend of the accused. Levin himself is in turn from a powerful family, and was apprehended as part of an international pornography sting operation.
