Please folks, be aware of the dangers of aspartame and share this info with those you care about. If you’re diabetic and were advised to buy “diet” food, with sugar substitutes—WRONG! You’re FAR better off eating a LITTLE bit of natural sugar balanced by protein that helps slow down the absorption of sugar as it makes its way into your bloodstream.
Please don’t buy into the suggestion that “diet” food with “no sugar” is better for you. Nothing could be further from the truth. If you want to sweeten your food, use Stevia, a safe sweetener from the leaves of the Stevia plant. Continue reading
