Yesterday I identified fear, took note and contemplated what it means. It did not occur while being chased by a wild beast. It occurred in my automobile, on a quiet street, early morning, just outside a school. The sun was shining. The sky was blue. I was warm and dry and driving well within the posted speed limit.
