Wes Annac – Finding Our Creative Purpose: A Personal Perspective – 11 April 2015

wesannac2By Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

I tend to write a lot of articles from a personal perspective, and this will be one of them. I don’t intend to come across as self-obsessed, but I think exploring ourselves and even writing about ourselves is an important part of our spiritual evolution.

Spiritual evolution is all about personal growth, and what better way to personally grow than to write about the things we’re feeling and experiencing along this crazy evolutionary journey. I think writing about my feelings is necessary to help myself, and hopefully some of you, learn and grow even more. Continue reading

Wes Annac – Music: The Language Of Spirit – Part 5 – 8 April 2015

wesannac2By Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

I don’t know about any of you, but for me, music doesn’t get really good until I play continuously. It’s a great way to uplift the spirit no matter how much we play, but to get the most out of it, it seems like we have to stay dedicated enough to keep practicing until we really feel the magic flowing from it.

I’m sure most conscious musicians who constantly play are able to harness the magic that lives in music, and don’t get me wrong – you can harness that magic either way. Like all things, however, music doesn’t seem to really come alive until we play it so much that it becomes a part of us. Continue reading

Wes Annac – Passion: The Key To Creatively Flowing – 8 April 2015

wesannac2By Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

No matter what we want to do, the key to enjoying it or doing it successfully is to be passionate about it.

We can’t do anything significant if we aren’t passionate about our role in informing, awakening and uplifting the planet, and we might be surprised to find how much more enjoyable our work becomes when we’re passionate about it.

We have to be in love with what we do, and otherwise, we’ll almost always have trouble doing it. We’ll wonder why we can’t seem to cultivate our smooth, creative flow, and in some cases, it’s because we’ve failed to access or act on that deep wellspring of passionate creativity that lives within. Continue reading

Wes Annac – Music: The Language Of Spirit – Part 4 – 5 April 2015

wesannac2By Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

The great thing about music is that we can practice it in whatever way works for us. We don’t have to conform to anything strict or rigid, and no matter how we prefer to play, we can embrace it and use it to elevate our consciousness, inspiring ourselves to take it as far as we can in the process.

For example – you don’t have to be a good singer to embrace music, and whether you sing or play an instrument, all you have to do is diligently practice to get the most out of it. If you aren’t confident in yourself as a singer, maybe you can pick up a guitar, a keyboard or another instrument and practice away. Continue reading

Wes Annac – Music: The Language Of Spirit – Part 3 – 4 April 2015

wesannac2By Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

We’ve learned a lot from Sri Chinmoy about music’s spiritual value so far, and one of the things we’ve learned is that we can become a musical conduit for the expression of our spirituality if we remember to center our music on spirit.

Music is arguably the best way to express our spirituality and our philosophy on life, and people of all kinds of faith have used it to spread their message and the things they’ve learned along their journey back into full consciousness. Continue reading

Wes Annac – Giving Our Creativity To Source – 3 April 2015

wesannac2By Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

I want to share something I think is important for anyone who wants to use creativity to raise their consciousness and reach others who are starting to awaken.

I’ve realized in the past couple years that creativity in any form is intended to be a path back into a higher state of consciousness, and the great thing about it is that we can use it to elevate ourselves and the people who find their way to our work.

Unlike meditation, which you have to participate in before you can feel its effects, creativity allows us to lighten our vibration and the vibration of anyone who’s present. Continue reading

Wes Annac – How Do We Feed The System? By Letting It Feed Us – 2 April 2015

wesannac2By Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

My wife and I like to go to a certain restaurant for lunch every now and then, and it’s nice to go sit and hang out before returning to the day’s responsibilities. It seems innocent enough, and ordinarily, there’d be no reason for me to question something I thought was pretty natural.

It seems like a lot of people are conditioned to act or behave a certain way, and the tradition of eating lunch or dinner out is popular.

A short time ago, I might’ve accepted that eating out was just something people do, but lately, I’m having second thoughts. It actually goes beyond second thoughts – I’ve been seriously questioning whether this tradition is helpful or hurtful. Continue reading

There’s a lot more to be said about the spiritual benefits of music than we covered in part one, and we’ll continue our discussion here. Like I said before, I think music’s spiritual value is mostly unappreciated in our society, and most of the mainstream music we’re subjected to is void of any real awareness or spirituality. Wes Annac – The Destructive Art Of Overthinking – 31 March 2015

Overthinking is the best way to make ourselves miserable, and in my opinion, one of the most important aspects of our spiritual evolution is learning to decrease the mind-driven pressure we tend to put on ourselves and just exist, free of any stresses, worries or concerns. Continue reading

Wes Annac – Who Is Ra? – A Review Of First Density – 30 March 2015

wesannac2By Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

We might’ve talked about first density before, but I wanted to review it here for those of you who haven’t yet learned about it. Ra’s term ‘density’ is different from the usual term that’s used, ‘dimension’, and because of this, there are differences in Ra’s descriptions compared to any other.

Before we start the review, I wanted to make a quick note about my opinion on channeling and the agendas of the various channeled entities who’ve spoken through mediums.

This is obviously a taboo subject, even for some spiritually conscious people, and some people would never open up to the idea that there are entities on higher planes of reality who we can connect with and receive advice, guidance and descriptions of the higher realms from. Continue reading
