WakingTimes – Adam Lanka – The Mechanics Of Prayer – 30 November 2013

waking_times_logo_6-5-12_1Prayer means many different things to many different people.  It is something that is so pervasive in our lives that it permeates fully through our societies and cultures.  All cultures and religious traditions have their own practices when it comes to prayer, but let us acknowledge the similar theme.  People all over the world right now are praying, to influence their world and the universe in myriad ways.  But what factors determine the effectiveness of prayer, what is the fundamental basis of its function?  How does it work to influence our daily lives and shape our world? John Ward – EU Encroachments Upon Freedom Of Speech, Episode 3,901 – 30 November 2013

eufascismWhatever you do, don’t tell it like it is

As the disaster that is rigidly monetarist neoliberalism pushes its fanatical promoters into a smaller and smaller corner, the attacks upon anyone with a contrary opinion become increasingly brazen.

Steve Lendman – US Saber Rattling Diplomacy – 30 November 2013

StevelendmanAmerica seeks unchallenged global dominance. It practically claims a divine right. It’s longstanding US policy.
Its empire of bases enforces it. Saber rattling reflects it. In late November, China’s Defense Ministry announced creation of an “air defense identification zone (ADIZ).”
They’re not unusual. America, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan  have them. So do other countries.
China’s covers portions of the East China Sea. It includes Beijing/Toyko disputed territory. More on that below. Continue reading
